Our seasonal collection of courses for personal use is updated regularly depending on the needs of our clientele. We feel strongly that the needs of our community are ever-evolving and that the response needs to be active.

Yoga, breathing and meditation
Yoga classes and breathing and meditation videos are commonly found, however, learning which are meant for us and how to address our personal needs is important. From the Ayurvedic perspective, our doshic and season needs point us to difference practices.
Self-care
We have one body during this life. Knowing and understanding our body is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves on a daily basis. The practice of Ayurveda and Yoga have excellent ways to appreciate our body and improve our circulation.
Emotional management
From anger management to feeling seasonally affected, we address the emotions that make up our days and Ayurvedic and Yogic ways to manage them according to your constitution and needs.
All personal courses are open to newcomers and we recommend wearing comfortable yoga-appropriate clothing. Due to current distancing, personal courses are also available online.
Personal courses are not Ayurvedic counseling, but a series of tools to assist in our own wellness. For specific suggestions on an Ayurvedic wellness plan, one should seek an appointment with a qualified Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner.
