Anita and Manu Sharma have been practicing and teaching Ayurveda, Yoga and its 8 limbs, massage and various Ayurvedic treatments in Montreal for over 25 years.
They have lectured and hosted special events through the years to groups of all sizes, to those who enjoy Ayurveda, health practitioners and newcomers.
Anita Sharma
Anita Sharma is a 4th generation Vaidya from India, and founder, former owner and primary practitioner of the Centre & Spa Holistique Ayurveda in Montreal. She has been practicing Ayurveda in Montreal, Quebec for over 25 years. In addition to her practice, she is a teacher of the practice of Ayurveda and treatments, speaker and upcoming wellness author.
Her tailored approach to each person leads to enhancing mind-body health, family life, relationships and improving their business approaches, all with an understanding and blend of traditional Indian Ayurveda in our Canadian geography.
Manu Sharma
Manu Sharma, backed by over 40 years of experience, is a classically trained Yoga and breathing instructor from the Himalayas, brings his wisdom and traditional touch to Ayurvedic treatments and the courses he teaches. He is trained in various Ayurvedic treatment practices aw well as traditional Yoga. His complimentary background in Mudras, Vedic astrology and Vastu, the Indian science of space and organization, add to his unique expertise.
Anita and Manu’s lifetime of training and experience go into each detail of their practice and teaching. They have personally trained over 50 Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioners and have inspired thousands to live in line with their personal balance by adding Ayurveda to their lives. For over 25 years, they have introduced countless new audiences to the ancient whole-istic* wellness system of Ayurveda to discover all the benefits of the practice and integrating it into their everyday lives.
They continue to teach the principles of Ayurveda to future practitioners and for those who just want to learn for personal use, to bring balance in mind, body and soul, increase confidence, embrace self-love and make the best choices for our health and wellness.
*Whole-istic is our own play on the word Holistic and a distinction because we like to put the emphasis on “Whole”. Ayurveda considers each part of us as part of our whole-self.
