Health is order. Imbalance is disorder.
Within the body, there is a constant interaction between order and disorder. Once we understand the nature and structure of disorders, we can reestablish order.
Ayurveda believes that order lies within disorder. Order is a state of health, as defined by Ayurveda Panchakarma Therapy.
Panchakarma is a very special Ayurvedic cleansing which balances mind, body and soul. It eliminates toxins from the body and mind, strengthen the immune system, slows the aging process and brings about deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Lifestyle Tools
Moving forward from what created the imbalance requires strong lifestyle tools. Part of the consultation for the Panchakarma requires a suggested plan for daily practices that will help the client maintain wellness.
